The CC is composed of five (5) faculty members of the cooperating University Departments/Schools, who have undertaken postgraduate work and are elected by the SIC for a two-year term. The CC members are not entitled to any additional remuneration or compensation for their membership in the committee.

Chairman of the CC is the Director of the Program. The term of the President of the CC can be renewed once.

The CC is responsible for monitoring and coordinating the operation of the program.

a) Suggests to the SIC the allocation of the teaching work among the teachers of the Program, following a proposal by the coordinators of each course and of the Studies/Curriculum Committee

b) appoints the supervisor of the Diploma Thesis and establishes the three-member committee for approval of the work, one of the members of which is the supervisor. The members of the three-member committee of inquiry are ratified by the SIC.

c) Examines students' requests for suspension, extension of their studies, recognition of courses from previous postgraduate education and replacement of courses of this Program with courses of other Postgraduate Programs or with courses taught in summer or winter schools and scientific of educational activities organized by the Federation of European Neurosciences and the Network of European Neuroscience Schools, and makes relevant recommendations to SIC.
